New betas released: iOS/iPadOS 14.2, tvOS 14.2, watchOS 7.1 oraz macOS 11
Yesterday Apple released betas of MacOS Big Sur, iOS/iPadOS 14.2, tvOS 14.2 and watchOS 7.1. The first test version of the Xcode 12.2 development environment was also released. Please note that we recommend backups before installing new systems.
iOS/iPadOS, tvOS and watchOS are described as build 18B5052h, build 18K5027e and build 18R5552f respectively. They are likely to improve stability, performance and errors. In addition, iOS 14.2 introduces a button associated with Shazam service that allows you to quickly start music recognition from the control center. It is worth adding that there is no need to install the program itself. Additionally, the size of the album graphics in the music control panel has been enlarged and the AirPlay device list has been redesigned. A nice change is the introduction of a music suggestion when the sound is not playing at the moment. Apple has also changed the Watch application icon (it switches the watch with the new Solo bar). A new option has also been introduced, which informs about the distance from other people. Use the Magnifier for this purpose.
iOS 14.2 will be officially released with the new iPhone. This will probably happen in October.
Betas are available for registered developers in the Apple Developer Center website and directly from the devices. In the nearest future there should also be more public betas of these systems.
