The game Fruit Ninja for iOS had its premiere in 2010 and remained one of the most popular items on the App Store for a long time. The Halfbrick studio responsible for it has today published a rather unexpected continuation of the game, entitled Fruit Ninja 2.

Fruit Ninja 2 is based on the same idea as the original. The player's task is to slide his finger on the screen in such a way as to hit the falling fruit and avoid bombs. The second part of the game, however, introduces a lot of new elements, the most important of which are additional modes that change the rules of the game, including the multiplayer mode. Unfortunately, Fruit Ninja 2 also puts more emphasis on elements characteristic of freemium games, such as collecting different characters, equipment and cosmetic accessories.

Fruit Ninja 2 is available to download for free from App Store. It is a freemium title offering optional micropayments.
