At the end of last year, Sugar Bytes launched DrumComputer - a new virtual drum machine for MacOS and Windows. This instrument has also recently been released for iPadOS.

DrumComputer is a quite complex automaton, offering several different methods of generating drum sounds (including wavetable synthesis, analog oscillator and sampler), tools for automatic parameter modulation, a built-in set of effects (filter, compressor, overdrive and two types of reverb) and a sequencer. The iPadOS version can work both as a standalone application and an AUv3 plug-in running in any compatible DAW program. It also offers support for the Ableton Link standard, used for wireless tempo synchronization in music applications.

The DrumComputer application is available for download from App Store for free, but to unlock full functionality you need a one-time micropayment of 127.99 PLN.
